Cheryl began her career in the financial services sector in 2009. Since then she has gained experience in several areas such as banking, estate agency, mortgages and protection.
Cheryl completed her degree in 2009 in Business, Finance and Investment. Since then she has extended her knowledge of the mortgage industry by completing CF6 Mortgage Advice and has plans to complete the final part of her mortgage advice qualification this year.
Cheryl recently joined the Mortgage IQ team working in a business support role to the advisers. Her role is based on striving to ensure an exceptional customer experience throughout the process of dealing with Mortgage IQ.
Cheryl’s daily role is making sure that the lenders have all the information they require to process the mortgage smoothly, she keeps in touch with all parties such as solicitors, estate agents and providers to make sure our customers experience the best service possible.
Once that bit of business has completed she then does a final check on the client file and log a call for their annual review appointment. This ensures our relationship with our customers continues beyond their initial transaction – and helps keep their mortgage and insurance arrangements up to date as their needs change.
